I have a goal that in 2 weeks I'm gonna drop some time on my 500 free. Need to get it down to 7 minutes! Only 35 to go! Yikes! And to think I'm plateauing...it's gonna hurt! But I WILL go to Regionals this year, even if it kills me! I did so well last year and to not go and make an ass out of myself, how could I ever step foot into the pool again? I'd be to ashamed. SO I have to kill myself in order to keep my ego afloat.
